Gridscootis operated as a sole-trader project by its founder. As a sole-trader without a registered business premises, the founder's residential address is not published here (consistent with German legal-literature consensus following BGH Az. I ZR 14/14). English. German correspondence will be responded to in English (please use machine translation if needed).

Editorial content on Gridscoot — the /compare pages, the /docs documentation, and any blog or guide content that may be added — is authored under the editorial responsibility of the project founder (V.i.S.d.P., as for §55 RStV). For journalistic-editorial complaints, use the contact channels above.

The European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Gridscoot is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) per §36 VSBG.

Liability for own content. The content on Gridscoot is compiled with care and to the best of our knowledge. We accept no liability for its up-to-dateness, completeness, or accuracy. Per §7 Abs. 1 TMG we are responsible under general law for our own content. Per §§8–10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that suggest illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block content under general law remain unaffected.

Liability for outbound links. Gridscoot is a price-comparison service that links out to third-party retailer pages (Amazon.de, retailer storefronts, affiliate-network redirectors). We have no influence on the content of those third-party pages and assume no liability for it. The respective provider is responsible for the content of linked pages. We checked linked pages for legality at the time of inclusion; we cannot monitor their content continuously. On notice of a legal violation we will remove the link without delay.

Content + works created by Gridscoot on this site are subject to German copyright law (Urheberrechtsgesetz). Duplication, processing, distribution, or any kind of commercial use of such material beyond the scope of copyright requires the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted only for private, non-commercial use.

Where the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. Third-party content is marked as such. If you become aware of a copyright infringement nonetheless, please notify us via the contact channels above. On notice of a violation we will remove the content without delay.
