- How are rate limits enforced?
- Per API key, sliding-window counter against the api_calls audit log. Every MCP tool call records an entry; the limit is the count over the window for the matching tool + tier.
- What happens if I exceed my limit?
- We return HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header (and the same on the MCP response). The call doesn't process; no data is lost. Your next call inside the window will still be 429 until calls age out.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your Stripe customer portal; refunds are prorated and handled by Stripe directly. The downgrade flips you back to Free at the end of your current billing period.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Not yet — Phase 10 decision. If you want annual now, email and we will set it up manually.
